Our 4-week training program requires commitment to a new way of life through diet and exercise. Whether you are a beginner or long-time fitness enthusiast, at Move The Rock your health and fitness are important to us and our pledge to you is success.

Nutrition + Accountability = Results

With the daily fitness training, participants are coached daily in athletic based nutrition to fuel workouts, speed up metabolism, and aid in recovery.

 MTR Outdoor Fitness Pricing:

  • 4-Week Boot Camp Introductory: $159
  • 4-Week Veteran: $159

Each 4-week boot camp session includes the following:

  • Fitness Assessments

  • Daily nutritional counseling and accountability
  • 5:30 - 6:15 AM Monches Park
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
