Stacey has been actively involved in the fitness industry for the past 10 years in both fitness competitions and personal training – specializing in strength training, TRX, outdoor bootcamp, and most recently becoming Level 1 Cross Fit certified. She enjoys training clients on all fitness levels and loves helping people reach their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles. Her biggest reward is teaching her clients to make lifestyle changes through exercise AND diet – and to help them feel their best inside and out. Stacey believes the mind and body are powerful beyond measure, and you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Whether it is getting in shape for a special occasion, building muscle to be stronger and toned, or losing weight, she is up for the challenge and excited to help you reach and exceed your goals.
